Devastating exposure of FHCSD billing fraud and abusive practices: "patients are not lab rats"

Another patient has reported the shocking lack of consent in treating patients and exposed how this is used to generate additional Medi-Cal billing.  In this devastating critique and solid analysis, Vincent K reports how multiple lab tests were made against his expressed will and how he was forced to visit the clinic multiple times for procedures that should have been taken care of in a single meeting.  He also concludes, and we have, that all the core employees are "bad apples" (because only bad apples get promoted) and that this organization cannot be fixed without a mass firing.   Vincent calls FHCSD "inhumane" and notes that they provide"mediocre treatment knowing that patients will have to come back and pay you more money".
