Deaf patient describes insulting and abusive treatment by FHCSD dental staff

 Ronald L., who is deaf, reported last week that he experienced abusive treatment by FHCSD dental staff.  As he desperately gave hand signs for him to stop, the oblivious dentist- who should have known better, continued his painful treatment without even pausing to check on his well-being.  Worst, his repeated requests that she not be given the same dentist was completely ignored, and she was forced to take the same dentist a second time after the administrated staff lied and said he would get a different dentist.  

To add insult to injury, he not only was given the same dentist staff insulted him and dismissed this serious complaint by saying 'your last appointment wasn't that bad, after all, you came back".   After being forced to see the same dentist Ronald simply asked the dentist to be more careful as he had been cut and injured on his previous visit but this reasonable request caused the dentist to walk out after saying
