More evidence FHCSD retaliates against employees who complain about their bad practices

A Family Health Center of San Diego employee who worked as a Patient Services Representative last year confirmed what we have heard others report - that this organization will retaliate against employees who complain or offer constructive criticism to try to improve the process or services of the organization will be penalized.  If you complain, he says, "they will not do anything to resolve the issue and instant they will make sure to fire you or lay you off before they resolve the issue".    



As we have said before, any organization that takes on this kind of culture of intolerance for dissent is a sick and dysfunctional organization, and this goes a long way toward explaining why their services have been of such horrible quality for so long, and they never seem to improve even a little.
