FHCSD patient forced to go to emergency room after encountering "incredibly rude" staff members

Barbara Frank reports that she was forced to spend the night in the hospital after trying to get help from three "incredibly rude" FHCSD staff members.  She says she believes something many of us have thought - that these people should be "incredibly ashamed" for even claiming they provide "medical care".  She says that they treated her, "appallingly badly".
