Patient reports unnecessary visits for billing purposes only - believed she was tricked by clinic director

 Casey Cheyne reports what almost every visitor to FHCSD has - that they have zero respect for their patient's time and often require unnecessary visits solely for billing purposes.   She also notices what other long-term patients have - that the place "has been spiraling downhill" for years.   She feels she was tricked but the clinic director.
